We review systems to ensure they are logical, appropriate, and practical for safeguarding your organisation’s assets – and will produce reliable financial or non-financial data.
For example, we recently worked with a client’s finance department to assess their productivity and processes, and how well it was supporting other departments within the organisation. We reviewed the key tasks, operations and systems the team managed, and assessed the key skills required for supporting the organisation’s needs. Through this process we identified which activities were delivering the most value and which were less beneficial, and made recommendations for how to improve other areas of their work.
