Originally a part of PricewaterhouseCoopers, AuditLink was formed in 2002 after the disestablishment of PwC’s Palmerston North branch. Since then, we’ve expanded to help a range of clients across a variety of industries.
Our team is made up of specialist trained staff, each knowledgeable and experienced in working with all sorts of different organisations.
We’re also a member of the NZ CA network (through our sister firm NLA), which is New Zealand’s largest network of Independent Chartered Accounting firms. As a part of this network we’re able to access worldwide best practice tools, training and information – as well as an extensive business knowledge base. All of this combines to help us stay up to date with changes in our industry and yours, and enables us to deliver the highest calibre of work.

Nearly thirty years of auditing is quite an accomplishment - but you’ll soon come to expect accomplishments from Linda. As AuditLink’s Managing Director for 17 years, Linda has worked with countless organisations in a range of industries, and she ensures that everything AuditLink does is executed perfectly down to the last digit. Linda is especially interested in business growth services, and loves using her skills in taxation and business planning to help businesses reach and exceed their goals. When she’s not ticking boxes and checking every detail twice, Linda’s often found getting involved with the local performing arts community, or being an avid sports fan to her three sons. Her motto is that nothing’s impossible if you have the right mind-set - and lots of coffee.

Previously based at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Pretoria, South Africa, Melanie joined AuditLink in 2012 and brings her extensive knowledge. Her role involves taking care of everything from audit and assurance to quality control and technical financial reporting. No matter what she’s working on, Melanie believes that ‘better never stops’, and she’s always happy to go the extra mile. Melanie’s just as energetic outside of the office - her weekend schedule often includes yoga, DIY-ing, playing the piano, cracking open a good book and, of course, firing up the BBQ.
